29. To Do or Not to Do. That is the question !

In the context of Covid-19 it sometimes feels as if we were forced into inactivity. And then the very next moment we can feel compelled to work twice as hard to make up for the time we have lost. We often feel guilty during our forced periods of doing nothing and then equally stressed out when we suddenly have so much to do.

What if Life had its own rhythm? What if this feeling of guilt or anxiety were only there to remind us that we are no longer in the rhythm of Life?
