12. The River of Inspiration

There are times when every step feels challenging and hard, when we feel uninspired and uninspiring. Staying motivated and on track takes determination and effort, and can leave us drained and exhausted.

Sometimes, however, we find ourselves reaching goals or venturing into the unknown without so much as a hint of an effort. Life flows, and, even though hard work may be involved, the whole journey feels light and effortless. How come?
